By accessing or using SniperTerminal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SniperTerminal provides cryptocurrency wallet tracking, analysis tools, and educational content. The Service includes wallet discovery, PNL tracking, trader style analysis, and the STU (Sniper Terminal University) educational platform.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of SniperTerminal are owned by SniperTerminal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• The SniperTerminal name, logo, and brand assets
• Our proprietary Trader Style Classification System (Ghost, Shark, Surgeon, Titan, Circuit, Radar)
• The Marathon Chart comparison feature
• STU (Sniper Terminal University) name and content
• All software, algorithms, and data visualizations

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our Service without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trader style classification system for competing products
• Resell or redistribute STU educational content
• Impersonate SniperTerminal or create confusingly similar services
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF WALLET DATA, PNL CALCULATIONS, OR ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION. THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

SNIPERTERMINAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Modifications
